I hope this is a place where you will join me to discuss topics related to the mind-body-spirit disconnect that is at the center of all addictive symptoms, so that we might learn how to heal ourselves back to wholeness, how to live from the heart and connect to the One Planet and all the beings on it, in harmony and peace.
I’d also like for this to be a place for us to explore what it means to live sacredly, to learn how to live consciously and mindfully and to be inspired, wild and creative human beings.

My current journey of healing from fibromyalgia has taken me along the path of listening to my body in a deeper and more effective way.
Learning to step out of the restrictions I either place myself under or allow others to place on me is a scary and exciting experience.  Just learning to notice when stress is begins is a ‘fulltime’ occupation! 
But it all keeps me connected to God and my self in a more personal and rewarding way.
Have just found your site today and it is very interesting.

i worked with you in 1999, denver colorado with a small group of women.  you were just getting ready to move and begin your journey.

i am still struggling and would appreciate any input you could offer.
